We've put a lot of care into our shipping process to get our beautiful falafel delivered to your door in tip-top condition.

 

We offer two types of delivery options:

STORE PICKUP -  Artarmon

You are welcome to pick up your order from our processing facility on Mondays between 8am-4pm.

Please advise your expected pickup time 1 day in advance. 

EXPRESS SAME DAY COLD DELIVERY - For perishables

 

We use a logistics partner to deliver your order as safely and efficiently as possible.

Delivery occurs on Friday only and is fulfilled by our cold-chain logistics partner. A specific time cannot be guaranteed, however delivery is arranged for the upcoming Friday after your order is made. Cut off time is Wednesday 3pm for the following Friday.

Due to the fragile nature of our falafels (being frozen), they require refrigerated delivery and special thermal packaging with ice-packs to preserve their integrity. The delivery price reflects this cost.

Currently, delivery is ONLY offered to addresses within 75 km of Sydney CBD. This is in-keeping with our same-day refrigerated express delivery partner guidelines. Please check your address is within the 75 km radius prior to making an order. You can use the following tool to do so. Here

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

We aim to process each order as quickly as possible with delivery occuring on a Friday. If processing is delayed due to high volume of orders or stock unavailability, we will advise you ASAP.

 

If you require urgent delivery please contact us to find out what the current processing times are. You will receive a notification via email when your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information for your delivery.

 

EXTRA NOTES ON DELIVERY:

 

If you are expecting a delivery that has not yet arrived, please firstly refer to your tracking email for a guide. Please note we use a logistics partner and once we have dispatched your order, we cannot make any changes to the delivery information. It is your responsibility to nominate an address that is accessible to courier delivery. If an item is undeliverable due to locked fences, locked apartment buildings, closed business etc, an additional postage fee will be charged for redelivery. This may exceed your original subsidised postage rate. In order to offer a fixed rate for postage, we give our couriers "Authority to Leave", which means the courier will leave your order in a safe place if no one is available to receive it. You acknowledge this "Authority to leave" when placing your order. In some cases, where the courier does not deem safe to leave, a card may be left for redelivery. Once an order has been delivered, you will receive email or SMS notification. We do not accept responsibility for the security of your parcel once it has been delivered, and strongly recommend you nominate an address where somebody can accept the delivery. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

(PLEASE READ) Due to the delicate nature of the product (being frozen), we urge you to be available for receipt of your purchase, or as close to the specified time provided by our logistics partner. (You wouldn't order ice-cream and leave it outside for hours now would you? 

 

We've put our best efforts to deliver a beautiful product with ample insulation and costly packaging to ensure it remains frozen upon receipt. We do not advise ordering if you anticipate having the product sit unattended outside for extended hours. As such, we cannot take responsibility if the product de-frosts by the time it is received

 

We cannot refund or exchange any item that has been used, removed from original packaging or is not fit for resale.

 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so if you have any concerns about your order please contact us and we will do our very best to help. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS

 

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund if they have not yet been processed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order in before this time, please email hello@MadeByKade.com.au. Once your order has been processed, we regret we are unable to cancel or amend any details such as inventory or shipping information.
